To work across all retail aspects of the business. This involves everything from dealing with customers and selling goods to handling payments and making sure that the goods are attractively displayed. With time ordering goods, consumable account management, sales development, promotions and marketing. You should; be ready and able to work within a team, enjoy working with the public, have a polite, helpful manner, be confident and assertive, be good with numbers and have plenty of stamina. An interest or previous knowledge of IT an advantage. An enthusiasm, aptitude and proven desire to learn must be demonstrated.Training is provided on the job and where appropriate may be linked to relevant NVQs. Full Time or Part Time positions for the right candidates with the ability to work up through sales experience to manage larger accounts.

Book-keeper (Part Time)
To work to maintain all aspects of Sweethavens administrative requirements maintaining internal systems and accounts, from invoicing through to debt collection. Experience is required and an adaptable nature ideal to help with sales and general admin where required. Liaise with management team providing ongoing management reports including profit and loss, payroll etc to assist with management of the business.

Can create a full time position for sales assistant and book keeper for the right applicant.
